@sunshine45 they just built 50 new townhouses in my area. Two and three bedrooms with garages. The two bedroom starts at 2,500 and they are two stories high.
I remember row houses from living in NY. I love the steps leading up to the front door.

So what makes a co-op appealing, @THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes? Are amenities like a pool, gym and doorman standard?
@tansy I always wondered about that also. At Co-Op City in the Bronx I don't remember seeing a pool or anything like that. It was a lot easier to get a unit there in the good old days but of course the Board had to know all your business.

Sorry you think you control all the responses, but that just isn't how it works. Differing opinions are allowed.
Sad some think tearing down other women is all we have to talk about.
I agree with you. How is it tearing a woman down when she lives on facebook giving her advice on life. She is entitled to her opinions just like everyone else. Poor Jane Tracy is constantly criticized but no one is ever accused of being jealous of her.
I know nothing about JC's FB or "advice on life" stuff and rarely watch her on Q. I'm only going by the OP of this thread, and yes, I do think if you go back and read the OP where the criticism is about JC (subtly even) mentioning she has a house, yeah, it seems a bit petty to accuse her of "bragging". IMO

@Sage04 The housing development known as Co-op City in the Bronx is subsidized housing, not like the market rate co-ops I was referring to in my earlier post. When shareholders in Co-op City sell their units, they only get what they put in $$$ back, they do not benefit from appreciation in value. I believe there are income limits for purchasers. It is a pretty unique type of housing that is not built anymore. It is hard to get in because the units are affordable and subsidized, which is rare. One can probably pass title to family living in the unit and known to management, but I am not 100% sure about that. The Co-op controls who can acquire units, and there are a lot of government regulations involved.

Hi @RespectLife
I wasnt trying to insult you, truly.
I like you @RespectLife .
If I was trying to insult you, there'd be no doubt in your mind, whatsoever. Trust me. ![]()
I was merely pointing out yr words, yr behavior, your apparent hypocrisy, (or, call it yr "confusion," which ever of these cause you to feel better).
You were repeatably, throughout, adding your comments to this thread. This obviously perpetuated, prolonged the very same thread that you, yrself, stated to be the offensive. "National Enquirer" tag, I believe was your specific hurled insult to: @Trinity11 , me, & the masses in here!
Yet, even tho I pointed this out in my immediate prior comment to you, I see you even STILL continued to chat in this "National Enquirer" (your words) here. hmm *truly puzzling*
Now, lets visit some introspection here, @RespectLife
I'll help you:
1a) Did you want to stop this thread, after you hurled insults at @Trinity11, me?, &/or insulted the other "National Enquirer" (yr words) chatters in here?
b) Did you try to *control what all these chatters said,* on this thread? What they/we can say, or can not say, (otherwise you've already determined your hurled -> "National Enquirer?" tag)
2 ) Or did you want to perpetuate & hamstring other chatting on this thread, before & after having landed the National Enquirer "rag" insults on some/all chatters here?
3 ) Or, are you merely a:
* Confused individual? &/or ,
* Contrarian, &/or
* Control freak &/or
(trying to control the chat, topics, opinions of chatters? Otherwise, if they dont conform to your wishes, you'll hurl insults at me/us/them, ex yr "National Enquirer"
Time for self introspection @RespectLife in order to perhaps avoid being considered a pariah
- Otherwise, others (here & elsewhere) might feel forced to form their own opinions as to your offensive, personalized, &/or individual, &/or en masse name calling, controlling &/or attacks of others.
It appears to be totally up to you.. Your Call.
(I, myself, have made up my mind, in the most charitable of ways, @RespectLife . Albeit, flexible to change..) ![]()

Yes, Jennifer lived in an apartment. Then she moved into her then fiancè/now husband's house. Nothing unique or interesting about that.
She had to make it known
Yes, she is telling us how to "manifest" what we want in life. Her dream was marriage to a rich man who could provide her with a house and many trips. She is now a life coach and something about her asking if people want to join her on a trip to Italy? She claims with her manifesting a husband, she can teach you the same.🤪😆🤪 Can't make this stuff up @Bella2022 .
Manifest? @Trinity11 When she told the story of seeing his picture, and bio. She went after him. She initiated the date. That same night. He was surprised.
Let’s see what happens when the initial euphoria stage changes to normal. No, you can't make this stuff up.
Look, she uses the word not me @manny2 . She has a vision board where she puts up things she wants to "manifest" in her life. She wants to be a life coach and influencer based on her new found potential and fame.🤣
I always liked her as she is her own person. Tells off people on her Facebook and Instagram account that dare to question her. Very entertaining to read how a 3 time married woman has found her Prince Charming and how you, too can "manifest" yours. 😜

@RespectLife I thought the same thing....13 pages of comments on a post that has much to do about nothing. I didn't really get the point of the original post.
Seinfeld show was a show about nothing, but look how long it lasted lol
So what are we supposed to discuss on these boards the theory of relativity, the secret of eternal youth, how many licks does it take to get to the middle of a lollipop?
Even that would cause an argument here @lgfan
Many here come every day with boxing gloves on. So, it serves their purpose. To have someone to unleash on.
It’s easy to have a conversation. What made you think she was bragging? I disagree, I think she was just making a point. See how easy it is. Instead, the poster is attacked.

@THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes Celebrities can and often do bring privacy issues for other persons in the co-op and in other forms of residence.
Although not their fault being Cher or Madonna or whoever can bring"fans",
paparazzi, and other elements. It does not surprise me they were turned down.

I agree @lgfan and Jane has more money. She has an expensive home, vacation home. She supports two daughters in their homes. She travels and appears to have a supportive husband.
