Doesn't matter to me how I have to sign in, but I wish they'd figure out how to make the darn procedure work right. I'm tired of signing in multiple times and I'm tired of signing in to the community and being taken to my account instead.

However, as I said in an email to QVC, I used several of those diversions to my account status as an excuse to check my AD delivery options and I skipped several scheduled deliveries while I was there. I'm lazy about that sometimes and get too much built up, so they nicely gave me a chance to clear out some of my stashes. I should thank them for their help.
