So much fun reading everyone's responses. @Imaoldhippie - thanks for coming up with this!

As for me, it's really hard to narrow it down. There are so many, but if I have to, and assuming these are three separate lunches:

Kim Gravel - She's so much fun, and I grew up in Georgia.

Valerie Parr Hill - I love her grace, she seems like fun, and her faith is inspiring.

Carolyn Pollack - She seems like she would be fun, and I LOVE her American West line!

But it's hard to narrow it down - really hard!
