Shop NBC using "closed captioning". I've had to use my closed captioning option because my hearing is really going down the tubes-on just about any other channel, the captions are accurate for the most part. But on Shop NBC???? I don't know if they're using a voice recognition program that doesn't work or student transcriptionists, but it's a riot: it's like "Mad Libs" for television.

"Shop NBC has the power to control laws" is one such example while a gentleman is trying to sell hair care-tune in and smile!
