For Those Who Quit Smoking on January 1st

If you just quite smoking, Hurray for you!!!

I quite over a year and a half ago and had encouragement from folks on this board. It was great!

Wanted you to know that the one thing that got me through it was my mantra. Every tme I even thought about smoking, I said to myself, "I'm addicted to a chemical and its attendant carcinogens. I can beat this." Can't tell you how much this helped.
