that was written laughing as they shut down the forums?!

I'm starting to think the ptb are even more clueless than I thought.

Even if they had the worst agent or marketing advisor, someone would tell them don't shut down something that means so much to hundreds of (formally) loyal cutomers and call them "your friend!"

shipping is taking longer, as some may know I sell on a resell site, we are getting automatic "package takes longer" messages now for everything I send out

but getting them out of the door is in their control,

I received similar ones from Blair and HSN yesterday. Nothing from QVC, unless I deleted it without looking at it.

First they need to get the products out the door. Shipping isn't my biggest concern with QVC. They devalued their long time customer base with their latest decision.

I agree with you

but reading the FBQ group there are many who have no idea the forums exist/ed

so the percent of viewers coming here is probably small, that doesn't discount your feelings at all

If someone did not already know that shipping is slow and proudct is mostly sitting of the coast, must live under a rock....that said buy early, or actually go to the store and purchase, then there should be no disappointment that your package did not arrive.
