Sorry your post was deleted Raven. I found the very petty posts as to my misspelled word just foolish. Instead of sticking to the subject, they dodge the whole subject by picking out something petty to harang about. My post was not the thread but they made it out to be.

Why was her post there deleted? It was a good post, I responded once last night and there was no problem there.

NoelSeven - I misspelled a word intentionally due to the fact that in the past I couldn't post if I spelled it correctly due to either the standard, rules, or those that take offense if things couldn't be posted in the ways they like. The word was relijun. How very petty.

They treat women like children here. It was a good subject and posed a dilemma of a problem.

It also showed how the Hawaiians are, and have been, treated pretty much the same as the Native Americans.

Yes. One would think that they would stick with the subject matter instead of going off in the usual directions.

Oh, I didn't get to see additional posts after mine. What direction did the line take... if you can say?

Yes, that is why there wasn't a big celebration when Hawaii the state turned 50.

And blame the sugar corporations for the "theft" of Hawaii. Business with govt. in their pocket.

They jumped on claiming insult to the word relijun. It went from there.

Are you ladies talking about Ravens post about Native Americans? I saw that right before I was going to bed last night and wanted to comment on it, particularly to a poster who was pretty negative towards NA's and their reasoning for wanting land labeled as sacred but I was tired and couldn't stay up much longer so I planned on commenting when I got on today. All the good threads get poofed. It was fairly new when I noticed it, did it get a lot of responses?
