I've purchased from them before for shoes as well as foot solutions for planter fascitis. (Sorry  its misspelled)  .

The company was bought out by The Walking Company.  I have been to that store in our local mall.  It also carries orthotics and various shoes to help your feet out.  We will see how it all plays out.  I have ordered many things from footsmart too.

You are more than welcome.  I would not have known but yesterday I got an email from the Footsmart president stating what was going on.  I have never gotten any shoes from The walking company but I have gotten inserts and lots of socks from there.  It is not a cheap place by any means but what I have gotten has worked out well for me.  I hope you can find what you are looking for.

I use to get some things from them too, and wondered why the catalogues no longer were coming. Glad I looked in here! I think you might find some things on Amazon to help too. I mean they seem to sell everything now.

The Footsmart website is still functional, and I get catalogs from them monthly, most recently last week.  Nothing seems to have changed, at least not yet.  And you never know...the Walking Company may choose to designate Footsmart as a wholly-owned subsidiary and leave it as it is.  I used to work in mergers & acquisitions, and it is not uncommon to leave an acquired company with its own identity.

The email that I received this morning from FootSmart indicates a total liquidation sale for the entire site, all sales final (with the exception of damaged or wrong shipments), and no backorders.
