I would have thought apples for Michigan - we always had apple pie, apple cider, apple butter..

MA - yeah, clam chowder, although lobster rolls are well known here too. Boston baked beans, Boston baked bread, hasty pudding.

California - I would have thought Mexican food for sure. At least So.Ca.As much as I love In and Out Burgers, somehow, I would have thought there would have been something better than that - maybe fusion cooking?

Pennsylvania - Philly Cheesesteaks, Hershey's Chocolate, Yuengling Beer, Tasty Kake.

New York - Cheesecake, Pizza, Bagels, Buffalo Wings.

Arkansas - Tomatoes, Strawberries, and yes, Cheese Dip is huge.
