@Linmo  I'm a big fan too.  I had you tube on with the concert playing for most of the day and caught the very last part of it again on tv.  Tuned in right at "times like these". Followed by Sir Paul - they edited out his second song, honestly not sure why he would choose helter skelter as one of his two songs anyway.  (Maybe it was one of Taylor's favorites?)  Absolutely loved seeing Taylor's son drum for "my hero".  my favorite of all. He drumed from the heart, you could see it. you could feel it.  It was really beautiful.

 

I also wanted to add that I enjoyed seeing Dave's daughter Violet sing.

 

You know I read that Dave's mom passed away too just recently.

I watched Dave G do Everlong then had to go and watch them perform it on the final David Letterman show. It was a meaningful song to Dave L, and Foo Fighters performed it on the show several times, most notably when Dave returned from heart surgery and on the finale.
