Flu and other things

I turned on to Dr. Oz just now and they are taking about three new bugs and the flu.......they said one bug came from another country. I don't know how they know that but have you ever thought our government brings in these diseases?

I am not against our country........and I know people have thought of this. Why I bring this up is because I have been asked this question and I don't know how to answer it.........surely not.....surely diseases are not placed in our country to harm us or others.
