He has been given his own, courtesy of Lowe's, in acknowledgement of his extraordinary kindness to a stranger.

I'm struggling not to sob just thinking about this.

When my mom first got ill and was staying with us, we were in the midst of a brutal summer, and when we received help in a somewhat similar way I can remember feeling as though a bus had been lifted off my chest........kindness often costs but little to extend.............

@violann  Thank you for the update.  I'm glad you were able to find relief during that summer, too.  Kindness still reigns more than we see.

It's a wonderful thing how many people show care and compassion for others when tragic situations, living here in Florida I have seen it many times.....my only Wish/Prayer it that people would be like that Everyday without tragedy! !!!!!!! Humanity 😕
