picked up a few holiday locknlock and temptations items that were on my waitlist (some were on very good sale pricing.) saved about $28 plus used  topcashback for 4% cash back.

I'm not sure if you were unaware of the cost this morning at 9:00 or didn't pay enough close attention. Your ring DID NOT increase this morning after 9:00. As you can see the increase happened several days ago. It happened on October 14th. Definitely not today. I have to assume it was a limited time special, as I stated in my post.

I didn't bother looking for @faeriemoon  since I wasn't trying to purchase the ring. I figured she would have known when the price changed.

ALL items on QVC have their own unique sale time span/frame.

In spite of your sleuthing, THIS MORNING I put it in my cart at the price I stated, along with the JAI Black Friday Sale price ring in citrine also.  When I went back a little over an hour later to but the Bixby back in my cart to purchase, the price was higher.

Adding: It came up as a pop up when the system saw I was searching "sterling citrine rings."

Good research work @cjm61 !  I'm impressed you caught that. 

Today, I was able to get 2 cotton tees that I've purchased before for 6.00 each w/free shipping.  I'm very pleased. 

I also don't think the Q is obligated to announce ahead of time when a Flash Shipping sale is going to happen.  That defeats the "flash" part of the promotion.
