I'm posting this in community because it gets the highest traffic...
I had a complicated problem with multiple returns and @Barbara-QVC went above and beyond the call of duty. She responded immediately to my initial email, found my package, explained procedures, and followed-up as promised all while communicating in a friendly and professional manner. My experience was, literally, the best Q customer service experience ever.

While I cannot name individual names I have always thought QVC customer service was exceptional. Any problem I have ever had they have solved quickly and in my favor.

While I am not always happy about how the Mods here decide to delete posts, I think all the mods I've deal with from QVC-Social when I've had an order issue have given exceptional customer service. While QVC CS on the telephone varies quite a bit in quality in my experiences with it, the Mods who offer CS to us here on the forums are super excellent. No matter who it was, the person has solved the issue for me to my satisfaction and made me feel much better about it (in some cases I was angry at what had occurred about the issue). I think we are really fortunate to have Q's Cream of the Crop Customer Service reps here helping us out at QVC-Social. That service in itself makes participation on the boards worth it.
The first CS help I got from QVC Social was from Mod Beth who was, as the OP is describing Barbara, super helpful and went far beyond "the call of duty" so to speak. She has helped me with CS issues a few times since then and has always been excellent, caring, helpful and friendly. What a great work ethic she has! I wish all CS reps on the phone were as helpful as she is. Alice, Barbara and Susan have also really helped me at times and were so friendly and obliging to what I was requesting. We are really lucky to have such great service from our moderators to help with our order issues. It's really a bonus to being a member of this forum.
Much appreciation to @Beth-QVC, @Susan-QVC, @Barbara-QVC and @Alice-QVC who have helped me be a happy customer and has solved my order issues with the company.
I also think they respond very quickly, given all they have to do!
