I ordered on the 27th of Nov. Still IN PROCESS. Today is the 2nd of DEC. I was told the item comes from the manufacture, so nothing QVC can do until pass the EST. DEL. Date on the 7th. They have to wait until the 11th. Now AMAZON, CS Would be looking into it and even emailing the vendor. QVC CS gives you the customary, "I,M SORRY".
I stopped buying for a couple of months, then got caught up in Christmas. I will not buy anyone here, because poor CS, poor deals, a actually no deals, poor shipping, etc.
After twenty five years, done.

A lot of things ship directly from the vendor. Keeps warehouse costs down.
I don't know how QVC can control when a manufacture ships?

Sure they can.
A warehouse has obligations & must meet them or QVC needs to find a different one.

Hi @qvcaddition, Thank you for posting about this, I'd be happy to look into this order. I apologize that it has caused you concern. I have sent an email to the team here that works with this vendor and they will look into this. I will email you any results of the research.

Thank you KIM . I would appreciate all the help I can get. I tried e mailing the team twice and received a message at different times of day, THAT QVC WAS UNAVAILABLE. The online communication also leaves something to be desired. Thank you for looking into it and also Thanks to the other CS that replied with the e mail suggestion. That find,t work as I mentioned.

Also what I have seen, the manufactures warehouse is not one the same system as QVC. The item may have already been shipped, but untill OVC is notified they cannot change the status in ttheir system. I have actually recieved and item then the next day QVC will tell me it has been shipped.

@CrazyDaisy Yes, that's happened to me mostly when I've order Harry London chocolates from QVC. The factory is only 45 minutes from here, and they ship direct to me. I often get the QVC email that it's been shipped the day after I've received it.

Am I missing something?
An order was placed, and the OP was given an EDD of 12/7. It is now 12/2 -- five days before the EDD, and QVC says that it cannot conclude there is an issue until 12/11. Because of this, the OP is "done"?
What has QVC done wrong here? It is FIVE days before the ESTIMATED delivery date.
Again, I ask, what am i missing? Please tell me.
