In PA, the crocus have been in flower and gone, now the daffodils are showing their faces to the sun. The magnolia trees, almond bushes and cherry trees have just a few flowers open, the rest are buds...and green, green everywhere. How I love this change of seasons the best. Life renewed.

A yard full of sticks and twigs that need to be removed. I could really use an ambitious, well-trained retriever about now.

The forsythia, crocuses, pear trees, magnolia trees - have all bloomed and all are long gone in Indiana. Now we have redbud trees blooming though.

I'm in the metro-DC area. Went for a walk around Brookside Gardens earlier in the week. Thousands and thousands of tulips in bloom. A magnificent display. The gardener said they were two weeks early. I love spring. The trees are beginning their lovely spring green leaves. And the cars are beginning to show that dreaded green haze!!!! (Don't much care for the haze, but I'll takeit if it means spring has sprung!!!!)

That would be itchy eyes/nose, sneezing, blowing my nose more. Duh!!!
DH has already mowed 4 times while some have not mowed once.
Using my ceiling fans + AC to knock out the humidity.
It's tornado season.

@Krimpette, When do the cherry blossoms come out? That always seemed like such a lovely picture on the t.v. in that area.

@qualitygal. They were out a couple of weeks ago in DC. I was hearing that they weren't quite as spectacular this year because we had some early blooming in the unseasonably warm spell we had during Feb/March. But no doubt they were still lovely. I haven't gone into DC to see them in several years. But I do have fond memories of their beauty when I last saw them. I love spring in this area, though Mother Nature has kind of made things out of whack a bit.
