Firming your body for over 50 success stories

I’m flabby, yes I need to lose around 30 lbs. I exercise in the pool,

I have HERNIATED DISK in neck and back, sciatica so I need to be careful.

How do you firm up?  I would love to wear sleeveless tops and shorts. Arms and inner  thighs are terrible.

Dry body brushing is something you could easily add to your swim routine.  Theresa Tapp has some videos on it that shows how to do it.

Funny one. At almost 84, I'm trying hard too. Work out in the morning, do my yard work, and swim 50-60 pool laps when I can. This past Sunday I wore my highest heels, almost 5". It was not easy. I know the day may come when I can no longer wear shoes and boots like them, but for now I'm happy to be able.

Re: Firming your body for over 50 success stories

I am turning 55 in August and started noticing flabby arms earlier this year.  I work out often, cardio and weights.  I read that doing push-ups everyday can help with the bat wing. I started doing 24 every morning in March and am now up to 60.  My arms are firm and muscular without the hint of a batwing.  It takes a couple of minutes, I do 3 sets of 20 on my toes. I look at it as a necessity like brushing my teeth.  I gave myself 12 weeks to see a difference and I do.  My diet hasn’t changed, it’s just the addition of the pushups
