Music is Con Te Partiro. Sung by Andrea Boceli. I love that song. English version is titled Time to Say Goodbye. You can listen to it sung by him and Sara Brightman on youtube. (they do sing it mostly in Italian I thing). I looked up the English lyrics and they are haunting. It gives me chills.

I edited my earlier post. I did look up the English lyrics, they are beautiful. I never heard anyone singing it entirely in English, I'll have to go searching.
