I cant even fathom, how you rebuilt an entire, destroyed island!  esp a destroyed island that's made up of Ash, Volcanoes & Lava.

 

Everything & Everybody, is gonna need A LOT of prayers, good will, hard work, all sorts of competent hard workers, of many, many talents, all sorts of prized donations, $$$  (& absolutely, no shams!)  ..  & lotsa, lotsa prayers!
