About 3 weeks ago, BAM!, I was unable to log in. What the hay? This is about the 5th time this has occurred since the re-do. So I just let it sit, after having sent an email to the tech folks 2 weeks ago, and BAM!, today I was able to log in.
I sure wish this is the last of it...

Glad you were able to log back in, sfnative.
This seems to be happening with quite a few posters and some have even had to change their user names. Not sure why this is happening.

I STILL cannot log in! I've emailed twice and talked to several people in Customer Service who try to log on to their personal accounts and it's the same for them. They don't even know who to report it to. Like you, it's been about 3 weeks. Beyond frustrated! It IS saving me $$$ though. lol Of course I'm just shopping elsewhere. Any help would be appreciated!!!
