Finally. Wigs shown under better lighting

[ Edited ]

I am happy to see that Toni Bratten's wigs were shown under much better lighting than in the past. I could actually see the colors. Big improvement.

I don't complain about QVC very often, but one complaint I have had is that I can't see what I am buying. I can't stand it when the camera is too far away from items on air, the lighting doesn't not let me see well, there are no close ups of jewelry worn on the host or model and the backs of garments and fabrics are not shown.

When I find myself in times of trouble,

Whisper words of wisdom,

Let us see,

Let us see,

Let us see.

Re: Finally. Wigs shown under better lighting

and how about when they have a product to sell & all they do it "chat"--the product is introduced and I don't understand  why they can't show the product as they are "chatting" if u know what I mean--sometimes the presentation just shows the product quickly--there should be a close up right away and show colors right away--I too was watching Toni Braxton yesterday and was wondering thru the whole presentation why they didn't tell what color wig she was wearing--I loved the color but not once did they tell what color Toni was wearing!--if they were more exact then maybe there wouldn't be soooo many returns!!--------------------marynj

@danedylan @I also want to know what color wig everyone is wearing. The browns are especially difficult to discern without the host or vendor pointing which ones are being worn.

Colors are SO important, especially for wigs.  I have every color in the world in my wig collection, but some women like to match their natural color.

Have you gals watched youtubes of styles and colors?  I find they help.  I like to hear the presenters' reactions to colors and comparisons with other colors.

Yes, I discovered that the Light Brown is actually much lighter than I thought it was in previous presentations.

I might order the medium brown instead.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

After purchasing a few wigs from QVC, I know exactly why they don't want to show it up close!

Re: Finally. Wigs shown under better lighting

These can be good starter wigs at QVC.  It is so easy to return unlike some wig stores.

I got my first wig--a rooted blond pixie from Hairdo-- about 9 months ago.  It was instantly "my" hair.  I never got another wig from QVC, but I have collected 21 more from other stores.

Buying from QVC was a good start to my wig adventure.
