@MamaWick.  This is the reason I left Texas after 35 years there.  I like 4 season and at least chilly weather in winter.  I have that now, although most days are still bright with blue skies.  A gloomy day is a rare treat.  At least it's cold enough for a jacket, and nights have been near 20°. Perfect.
