Our area had our excitement for the afternoon.

Very low flying fighter jets, flying side by side zoomed around the area repeatedly for quite awhile.

It felt like the house was going to explode.  Our neighborhood Facebook chat is lit up like a Christmas tree.

We had no training warning and nothing like this has happened before.  I am a few miles from DC.

I wonder if something breeched the restricted air space.

Hopefully, they are gone for the day.

Wow that is more than a bit unnerving

We don't live far from an air base.  We see these fly overs all the time.  I love it!  The thrill of seeing them manuver makes me very happy.  They are so skilled.  Hope you didn't have a serious issue in your area.

Maybe it was a Service Team ( such as Blue Angels) practicing for a performance somewhere in the area. When I lived at China Lake they always practiced formations close to th ground for several days before scheduled performances.

I live near the coast (Pacific) and the noise the fighter jets make when flying over is very loud.  Also, when the Star Link rockets take off they make sonic booms when going through their stages.

@Mersha   Oh we LOVE the jets!  Our beachtown hosts either the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds every year.  We sit on the beach and watch them fly right at water level and the ground just shakes.  It's so thrilling.  Then they turn around up near our beach condo n fly right over us.  Give us chills to see it.

We live close to Annapolis and Wallops Island and hear them all the time. Probably on training missions.  You hear them coming, but can't see them.

No one has any idea what went on but lots of footage of the jets on Facebook circling the area.

Hopefully, they will not be back again.

It shook many in the area.

We’ve had flyovers related to football games. The NFL is honoring the military. Many were nervous when they saw them. Now we have people reporting “alien” activity but it’s only laser lights from Christmas displays.

I am not directly in a Luke AFB flight path...but when I see F35's coming over the house...I turn on the "news" to see if we are at war.

I used to walk over to the beach to watch the rockets launch from Vandenberg.     di
