Fibromyalgia...how do you deal with....

Hi Everyone...I was diagnosed with fibro @ 6 years ago and the pain is unreal.... Somedays I take vicodin the minute I wake up...I am miserable with being hot all the time....all day...I have discussed this with my family dr and he says his other patients have this also but he doesnt talk about how they deal with it! I don't know what to do...my body feels incredibly hot inside and out all the time....does anyone else feel like this and how do you deal with it...thanks
