I received a letter stating my check holds and cancel of items would bring my account into jeopardy - what I never ever have used check holds I have a credit card on my account with QVC - so thinking about it I thought you know what QVC really doesn't have anything I need or want anymore; they have lost a lot of the great vendors and have branched out with vendors under their name and copying items - then also when an item sells out their is a wait list and or you can go in and look the next day at the higher price and they have all sizes etc - don't need them enjoy the Board and comments but they really need to know what they are talking about when they send out letters - customer as the right to change their mind on an item that is in a holding pattern for shipping or advanced orders. I feel so good that I have removed my credit card information and no more of the boring items of repeat.
