It was a little different with me the other day when I was coming out the door and a neighbor who I hadnt seen before started asking me how everyone was! I was actually scared to see and talk to someone other than my family or on the phone!

I thought this is awful! I'm acting like he is an alien and hoping he just stopped asking me things and went back inside. We were hopefully 6 feet away.

Then I had a dream that a group of people started talking to us and I remarked hey they are not keeping 6 feet away and thought after all this time, they ruined it.

Goodness!

Re: Feeling Like a Dog

[ Edited ]

I just feel like I've lost it!

Having taught Foods and Adv Foods which made me grocery shop three tomes a week before shopping for my family at the other end of town, how in the world can a trip to the grocery store of all the blooming things be fun????

I can't even imagine the backlog of clothes when I DO get back to work!  Two collections delivered at once.  That's over 400 boxes!

I hear you. I started my self exile about two weeks before it was official. I started wearing a mask before we were told we had to. I have been trying to be very considerate of all the rules. My husband, our older son and I (and our dog) constitute the occupants of our house. My husband and son both work in hospitals. So, needless to say, I am always wiping things down. The highlight of my day is walking my dog (weather permitting) with my friend and her dog who live on the street behind me. We safely distance, actually sometimes too much, we can't hear each other talking. LOL  But, this is starting to get to me. I'm starting to feel trapped. Then I think, even when the restrictions are lifted, it's not like I'm going to run to the mall. So, I'm thankful we're all healthy and hope all of you are too. It will be interesting to see what life looks on the other side of this.
