It can only happen to me. Haha Im laughing so bad. I washed all the bedding to put the flannel sheets on and so I washed our comforters etc too. I use a down feather one on my side of the bed, DH a different one on his side of the bed.

Well when I did the down comforter, I did not see it @ first, but the washer spinner must have torn the comforter and I did not see it until AFTER I got it out of the dryer.

When I took the comforter out of the dryer feathers were blowing everywhere. I have never seen SO many feathers. Hahaha. Feathers stuck to my clothing, my hair, feathers all over the laundry room, feathers stuck to the dryer, the washer, the floors.

(DH said what the heck are you doing? I said help, Im surrounded by feathers..lol).

I had a broom and dust pan and the feathers just kept flying around clinging to everything. When I tried to get the feathers out of the dryer, they just kept blowing around. HAHA! Finally I took a wet towel to gather them. Sweeping them up was a nightmare as they kept blowing. WHAT A MESS.

I threw the comforter away! Its all torn up from the washer spinner, and Im not dealing with it. I have other covers but I LOVED that comforter. Well no more, wont buy one again!

And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make~ The Beatles
