betteb, I like Lewis Black, too, but I always feel like he's going to have a coronary when he's doing his spiel--he gets so worked up! He makes me nervous Wink

I also like Ellen. I like it that she is nice and funny. I have never liked the mean comedians.

Oh forgot to say I love Ricky Gervais too! Dave Chappelle is a great one too. His show was so cutting edge and intelligent. He is a great observer of people and society in general.

I always liked Rita Rudner but haven't seen her for years. Colbert is a favorite.

She's been doing shows in Vegas for over ten years. She and her hubby adopted a baby.

I'm jealous! I tried to see her several years ago, but the show was cancelled. Her books are hysterical and I like she s not a blue comedien.

I'm sure there are many great ones, but I did recently see Craig Ferguson and everyone had a fantastic time! Would go see him again. He's funny when he's clean and he's funny when he's dirty.

Also saw Wayne Brady this year and his show was very much like his improv television show with audience participation. Was a good show that was dragged down when an audience member that was called on stage thought SHE was the comedian.
