Brie, Doux de Montagne, and about any stinky cheese!   I do NOT like most food with cheese in it, like mac and cheese and those GOBS of icky cheese in so many foods and dips today.

I LOVE warmed Brie and pears and/or grapes!  That is heaven.

I was waiting for someone else to say stinky cheese is the best!  I got to the last post, and Sooner did not disappoint.

When you open your refrigerator.....if you can't smell it, it's not the right kind!    The kind of muenster I used to buy in Europe is what I'm talking about....not the mild kind they sell here.

Count me amoung those that "never met a cheese I didn't like." I eat waaayyy too much of the stuff.

My favorites are Havarti and extra sharp cheddar - the sharper the better.

When I lived on the East Coast there was a brand call Heluva Good Sharp Cheddar; I could just about eat the whole block at one time.

I love cheese. The only one I don't like is blue cheese. I can't stand the thought of eating mold.

Every New Year's eve we get our favorite--  it's a combo cheese with both Double Gloucester and Stilton.  You therefore get both smooth cheese and the sharpness of a blue cheese in one bite.  Our local cheese shop carries it, and it's a bit expensive so we reserve for special occasions like New Year's, along with crisp water crackers, some kind of berry-infused ginger ale, nuts and yes, chips.

I have a serious salt craving...

@Oznell

we love a double cheese called HUNTSMAN....i think that is what you are referring to.
