My latest find was the frozen Korean beef dumplings shaped like potstickers. They're a little larger than average potstickers and very flavorful.

I have not been in a Costco for some time. I was a member for several years but traffic and distance to Costco was such a hinderance to really keep my membership.
What I do remember i enjoyed getting was
paper towels,
toilet paper,
towels (bath,hand,washcloths)
peanut butter
cranberry juice
bottled water
desserts were always good too

THANKS so much to all of you! We've made a list from you recommendations (hubby's very excited and hopes to find the dumplings!). I do value your opinions!

@06greatwife wrote:The rotisserie chickens are really good. Also their prepared chicken salad and the bake and serve fettuccini alfredo is good also. I can't tell you how many seven pound chocolate cakes out of the bakery I have bought over the years of being a Costco member. Let's just say too many. They are wonderful though if you need to take a dessert somewhere. One cake will feed a small army! Their Kirkland brand of olive oil is pretty good too. I definitely love their brand of bar bath soap and their dryer sheets. Also their cut flower bouquets are really pretty.
@06greatwife SEVEN POUNDS OF CHOCOLATE CAKES? I'd better load up on those towels and washcloths someone mentioned!
They can't arrest you for eating chocolate cake in a car in a parking lot! Can they?

I like their snack bar. Hot dogs are great and their pizza is good too. Nice price too

I've been shopping at Costco for a long time. I don't think there's been one thing I didn't like.
Salmon
San Pellegrino
Paper goods
Cleaning supplies
Sheets
Socks
Cereal/Oatmeal
Chocolate chips
Nuts
Wrapping paper/ribbon
Rotisserie chicken
Caesar salad
Hummus
Fruits and veggies
Frozen shrimp
Fresh Flowers
Olive Oil
Coffee
I can go on and on...

Costco is one of my favorite places. Some of our favorites and must buys:
walnuts
Kirkland olive oil
Kirkland breakfast blend K-cups
cheeses
breads
tuna
garden supplies
flowers
DH gets almost his entire wardrobe there (BJ's is his other go-to)
cookbooks
DH gets paperbacks
salmon
shrimp cocktail
chicken noodle soup
I could go on and on. We even got our tv and tv stand there.
And, we always rent a car through Costco when traveling.
Finally, we got our HVAC from them and it is probably the best system out there for a fraction of what we had been quoted for the same product.
