Favorite Super Bowl performance ever!

I love music. So I was wondering, what was your favorite Super Bowl performance ever? I went back and rewatched many on You Tube last night and today to refresh my memory. My favorite was Sir Paul McCartney!!!!!!! in 2005, and Michael Jackson in 1993. Also loved the Stones, the Who, and of course Madonna last night!
