Is that aglio e olio?  Pasta with oil, garlic and peperoncini or dried red pepper flakes?

My mother always said her father's favorite dish was aglio e olio and she'd make it for me.  Now Better-half makes it!

Tee hee @just bee it very well could be but they make it with actual bits of red and green bell peppers so perhaps this is a twist on the usual recipe?  To be honest I am not familiar with either recipe but I just know I love their pasta . . . Smiley Happy

A beautiful piece of salmon or halibut.

Grilled or baked nicely, with a roumalade.

Served with risotto and a vegetable like asparagus (in season) or broccoli or sauteed kale/chard.

A favorite comfort food of mine:

meatloaf with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy.  Served with a side of broccoli.

My three fav things are lamb chops, fresh raw green peas, and rice.

I can't live without Mexican food. need my Thai food, and yummy Indian food.

I can no longer eat bivalve shellfish as I am deathy allergic, and must limit carbs.

Basically I love most things, except Romano Cheese, hominy, grits, and tripe.

Egg foo yong with pork fried rice and, if I'm hungry enough, pork spare ribs. I could also add egg rolls to the menu if I want to be totally piggy.
