Homemade Mexican food made with everything fresh ( other than dried chiles).

Right now my favorites are:

cheese enchiladas

chile rellenos

nopales con huevos

tacos al pastor

rice and beans

homemade salsas (red and green) with lots of garlic

Authentic flan

But I love way too many food items, including;

In N Out burgers

salt and pepper shrimp (in shells)

steamed clams

I love pasta!  If I could, I would eat it seven days a week.  I also enjoy cheeseburgers, but limit them to about one every two weeks or so as a treat.
