we do give the AMC theater tickets, and they are no hassle and easy.  You have to be near an amc, but other than that you use like any other gift card.  We have given them with gift basket of candy, popcorn, etc and make a nice small gift.  My mom is a movie addict and 95.  She can even use these with her caretaker.  But fandango I dont care for myself.
