@Kachina624 @beckyb1012 @tansy @Starpolisher
I received an email from Factor this morning:
So I sent 3 free meals to DD and another to my hair stylist.
There were four free meals in my account. I assume this is because my plan calls for 4 meals in a week?
They were both happy to say yes they would like to get them.

How do they taste?

You are questioning the validity of my claims about my diet and my health.
I believe I remember that you have health issues too?
or maybe this was a different poster.
Here are my DIAGNOSED autoimmune issues: fibromyalgia
NAFL (Non-alcoholic fatty liver)
Lichen planus...scalp biopsy (dermatologist)
OBGYN (of nether region)
Face
Back
oral
I can probably get you a copy of the documentation, if you wish?
I have eaten home cooked meals all of my life until recently.
The factor meals are not laden with sodium(?) or chemicals.
For instance, here are the ingredients in one I really enjoyed:
Whether you approve of my eating habits or lifestyle choices makes not difference to me. I am only interested in presenting various facts and observations that are my own.
Yes, I take supplements. Should you desire more information about Lichen planus or autoimmune disease my suggestion is for you to google the facts and studies that are available.

Yesterday I almost asked about these meals and if you are happy with them! Those two meals look really good and healthy. Do you eat these daily? Plan to re-order more? Do they have other meals plans?
You mentioned these are fresh meals and you are freezing them until you want to eat them. Is that idea working well for a really good meal when it's cooked/microwaved? Does each meal taste completely different or do they seem to use similar spices thus giving you the same flavors over and over? Are the containers recycleable? Do you add a salad?
Sodium means salt. I don't see a daily % given, but sodium is often used in prepared meals (and canned goods) to maintain freshness and as a preservative.
Happy you seem to enjoy the Factor meals. Can't remember if they are to help loose weight or for time-saving meal prep only. Imagine others are far more interested in a meal plan than I am so please share your experiences with everyone. Thanks!
