Face Book problem... can you help?

I was having some issues with MSN and my computer connection yesterday... finally got it fixed and I am back on line. SO.... I went to my facebook account and it said there was a temporary lock on my account as it seems my computer is unknown to them(?)-- it is the same computer I have used for the past 6 years! So they say I need to answer a security question... the question was: WHAT IS THE ADDRESS FOR THE ROAD YOU GREW UP ON AT EIGHT YEARS OLD? As is was a security question I filled out many many years ago when signing up for FaceBook, I put what I THOUGHT I told them... the only address I remember... But they say it is WRONG. I have no way of calling anyone to see if they could help me straighen this out. So am I just out of face book with no way of straightening this glitch out??? It is so frustrating that I can not call or email for help.

WHAT CAN I DO??
