FYI if you are having problems signing in

It appears QVC wants us to reset our passwords (probably for security reasons is my best guess) so all I did to be able to sign on is click on "reset or create password". QVC sent me a link to my email and I clicked on the link and created a new password.  I was able to sign in with no problem and my nickname wasn't changed.

@cimeranrose  Good that worked for you. The last time this debacle happened, I tried that as well, but to no avail. If they want us to reset our passwords then they should simply ask us to do so, not lock people out and leave them guessing. Still good that you were able to find this work-around. Woman Happy

Edit.

No changing my password worked one time.  After logging out, I had to change my password again to login.

Changing my password worked for me, too.

Re: FYI if you are having problems signing in

I still have to log in multiple times.  Even after changing the password.  Couldn't log in for DAYS.  Now I have a new nickname and password but still have log in issues. IF they want us to change passwords or whatever, they should just tell us in a post on the forums.

I have also had trouble signing in. Changed password and it still didn't work. Just randomly I tried again just now and it worked. It's been really random.

I, too, tried changing my password yesterday and still couldn't sign in. Today, though, I was able to do so by accidentally entering my old password first, then my new one.

Thank you @cimeranrose  I was in a loop and unable to logon, changed my pw and I'm in.

Re: FYI if you are having problems signing in

I hope I don't jinx myself by saying this, but I haven't had much trouble in signing in.  Haven't had to change anything.  Only trouble was having to sign in multiple times but just now it worked on the first try.

I have no idea why I have it pretty easy and others have had so much trouble.

That didn't work for me.  I reset my password and still had a problem.  I played around with a bunch of things and finally got in.  Not sure what I did.

I've got the double sign in thing going on for my account.  I must log on from the homepage, no matter what.  Still using the same credentials I've always had since joining.  Once I log onto the main part of QVC I scroll to the forums and re-enter my password.  It works for me.

In the past I could come directly to the forum section and log in from here.  Can't do that anymore.  Two step process for me from the home page.  I don't mind it.
