I love the little 3 in. X 5 in. spiral notebooks that I get there. I use them for writing little reminders to myself.

I also make my grocery lists and then I re-do the list and put the items I need in order that they are in the store. I figured this out a few years ago and boy does it make shoping easier! I know it's not new but it took me awhile to figure it out.

The funny part is, when talking to my teenage grandson about this a year ago, he said "Yeah, that's what we always do"!

I found a whole new batch of these little notebooks the other day to add to my stockpile! All different colors and found some in lavender!!

@Love my grandkids ...I've been using these notebooks for years and love them.  They don't take up much space in my handbag and it sure  makes shopping a whole lot easier.  I ordered a whole bunch of them from

Walmart so I'll never run out.  Aren't we two smart ladies? Woman Very Happy

@Lindsays Grandma All  I know is that all my life I have loved paper products! I love my laptop and my Kindle PaperWhite but turn me loose in a stationery store or a Hallmark store (none around here anymore) or that section of a drug store and I am in HOG HEAVEN!!

I used to haunt the paper goods section of Staples when I lived in Southern California and did spend a few bucks there!

@Love my grandkids ...Well I never went so far as being a lover of paper products but I always keep greeting cards on hand for different occasions so that way I can be prepared to get them in the mail on time.  I also lived in Southern California, in the San Fernando Valley, and loved every minute of it for the 40 years I was there.

I buy these little 3x5 (approx) notebooks at Walgreens and at Amazon in packs of twenty-four.

They are so handy, and I like to write my lists (of all sorts), as opposed to keeping track of things on my phone. I am a prolific list-maker.

@Highlands72 I've been a list maker for oh so many years and my son is, too. He started making lists when he was in the first grade! Our family gets a big kick out of this.

@Highlands72 Those are pretty. I like the spiral notebooks as I tear the pages out!

I agree about tearing out the used pages. Can't have those old lists hanging about to confuse me!

With these, the pages are easily removed, one at a time, leaving no traces. They aren't like the large ones, where the pages are "fixed" in the binding.

I have used the spiral in the past, but I got accustomed to using these, as they remind me of my days in fourth grade, when we used the large version for journal writing. Woman LOL
