Just a friendly reminder, check your final sales today to make sure you are not charged S&H. I purchased a pair of shoes after midnight , my order was charged S&H. I called Customer service this morning and the charge was removed. There maybe a glitch in the system so just watch your final sale total

I ordered a purse last night and it's still "processing". However, my account says FREE SHIPPING, but there is still a $5 SH charge. I called customer service to get the adjustment, and was told that b/c it was processing, the system wouldn't let them deduct the $5.00. I'm supposed to wait until it actually ships, call back customer service, and then will the charge be removed. Let's see if that happens.

There is a note on your file to credit the $5.00 after shipping. I would be happy to provide you with the $5.00 in member credits now if you wish.
