FREE Reverse Phone Lookup

Does anyone know how to find out who is calling you FOR FREE when only their phone number is listed on the Caller ID? I googled every REVERSE PHONE LOOKUP I could find that said it was free & they all want to charge. I don't want to give out my Credit Card info to some of these places for .99 which is what most of them say they charge.
