Anyone know much about this? It says up to 12 weeks of leave a year. We have some full time employees who call in sick at least once every 2 weeks for "FMLA". They recieve full time benefits for part time work. Is there a limit on call ins? Just asking about the policy, not for judgements. Does the 12 weeks need to be consecutive?
