Read the other posts.  People have been given credit back.  They can't give notice to "established customers".  How would they figure that out among millions of customers?  Also the point is to drive incremental sales, not just discount what people were already buying.

I appreciate the Flash Free Shipping events since that is generally the only time I buy.

You can't satisfy 100% of the people at any time.

I imagine that there will be numerous Free Shipping events throughout CIJ with so many all Christmas days.

Hold off unless there's something you really, really, really need and will pay shipping to get it.

The program guide lists next Saturday's SMQ time slot as being free shipping.  I'm not sure if it will be only for items in their show or everything.
