@suzyQ3   Correct--even that was not working.  Their tech team doesn't have a clue.  I think the "guts" so to speak are so antiquated and have been patched with "fixes" instead of a real overhaul or entire new program/package are why this kind of incident, along with the others, keeps happening.

I am a tech  "know nothing" but even I know that things don't function on this site as they should for forums and in the viewing/ordering process, especially when the volume  of users is high--during free ship offer days.

Yup.  I tried everything I could think of and even tried another browser, all to no avail.   I gave up and this afternoon tried some more stuff and got in.  Odd (not really) that I never have this problem on other websites.

I had the same thing happening to me. Finally resolved but now every item I look at does not have any information on the item.
