[Love my grandkids]

After about 10 days of being locked out! I honestly thought "they" were not going to fix the forums and let them die. Glad I was wrong.

Yes, I, too, wondered if it would really come back..

so, just out of curiosity..kept trying.

at one point, Live chat popped and asked when it would be back..said Th..so here "we" are.

I find it an interesting "place"..where so many unique

 topics are discussed..some quite good, others so-so, but you have your pick!

Woo-hoo. Finally able to log in.

I had emailed Customer Care telling them about this and they emailed me back saying they were working on the problem and said it would be back today (Thursday). Welcome back everyone - it's good to be back!!!

Same here. TWO emails to the wonderful QVC Social Team.....one usually solves the problem. Glad it was solved but WAY too slow. Saved me money. I wasn't purchasing anything for awhile. Worry about the security of the whole system.
