Antisemitism is a hideous blight that has erupted throughout history, from every quarter. It can't be siloed into one group, or one era. In my humble opinion, the farther away we get from seeing others as created, unique individuals, like ourselves, and not as faceless members of a group, the more opportunity for bigotry of all kinds.

@Oznell I have no doubt that some exists. Just like hatred of Blacks has continued the more we get ahead by working for ourselves and having upward mobility there are those who don't want us to have it. I don't think Anti Semitisim is any more prevalent on campus than there is the whole notion of "otherism." That's the problem. Otherism....the non majority! Yes Anti Semitism is there, but so is anti-non white establishment. We all read the papers and I understand what's going on in a broader sense. It's all pretty disgusting.

@Oznell I agree with you. Antisemitism has gotten really bad in recent years on many major college campuses.

I agree too @haddon9 @Oznell hate does not have a face. There is hate among the educated, and there is hate among those that never set foot on a college campus. It rears its ugly head across all socioeconomic groups.

Even if you never saw it. It is there, sometimes in the shadows. It has to stop.

Wonder if this means the FBI is easing up surveillance of the parents at school board meetings! That was deemed credible a couple months ago. I watched a "hearing" where an FBI 7th Floor Exec. confirmed their surveillance of these meetings.

@Nancy Drew It's not too hard to understand. Kanye is mentally ill, with altered thought processes. He's lost billions of dollars because of his illogical, impulsive, bipolar rants. No sane person would do such a thing?

His tribe of followers (and die hard fans) aren't helping. His life is spiraling out of control. But, as mentally ill is as he clearly is, his words matter and can incite haters looking for anyone to validate their beliefs.

Seems too many people today are looking for someone to follow. That makes for dangrous times.

@BlueFinch No he's not mentally ill.....he said that was a misdiagnosis. Besides, since when does the mentally ill = vile hatred? They don't go together. That's an excuse to make his reprehensible behavior more palatable.

Meanwhile, there are reports of him settling lawsuits from years and years ago where he did the same thing. Today's news if you care to look. He's been doing this under the cover and none of us have been the wiser. That's not mental illness. That's hatred that is misplaced and ill informed.

Where does "YE" fit into this FBI surveillance? You say he's lost billions, how many illogical/impulsive individuals have billions to lose? Thinking he must have been making his billions legally, or?

I heard "YE" made an anti-semitic statement, or writing something, what was it?

The more I think about the bigoted and, most likely, ill-informed individuals sucking the joy out of worship services attended by the Jewish people of this nation, the more outraged I get.

People attend worship services to get refilled spiritually. For those of us who have a spiritual life, it is vital to refresh it in the religious setting of our choosing. We are renewed by the experience.

For many of us, the peace found in a spiritual sanctuary can be found nowhere else. That is why such services are indispensable to our well-being.

To be robbed of the peace of mind that typically accompanies attendance at worship services is tragic.

And what about the Orthodox Jews? Don't they have to walk to their synagogue? They are vulnerable before arriving at their synagogue.

Those who wrought this disgusting moment in time should be...
