Well, the other day I ordered 2 items and found out that they weren't what I thought they were [wouldn't work for the occasion]... whithin a 2 hour period... I couldn't cancel them.. I was shocked.. soooooooo thought, well, that's that, now I'll have to send them back.. Long story short.. the next day I thot, what the heck, I'll go in and see if maybe, I can still cancel the order... I went in, pushed all the bells and whistles ,, and low and behold I CANCELED the order... Dah.. I guess it had to go thru the "printing of the label" before it could be cancelled.. anyway, I got it cancelled.. MORAL of the story:... Don't give up girls.. try more than one time to cancel, if, it doesn't work the first time..............
