It seems to be a thing for several plumbers.  Below is the one I found for a man in Canada.  His does not look as nice as the truck @Kachina624 found.  If anything in this position could be considered "nice."  It still is funny and way to have people remember you.

I have always known plumbers who were professional and took great pride in themselves and business:  Friends of ours.

It makes me sad to think that because of these few, it cheapens the professionals who are trying to run a business and have a better image of themselves.

I actually saw this truck while driving home on US 29! Almost lost control of my car because i was laughing so hard! This company is in the Greensboro, NC area. Kudos to whoever came up with this clever idea.

Your post made me think of the Seinfeld episode where George Costanza comes out the bathroom without his shirt on while attending a party in someone's home.  Got just a tad bit to comfortable while doing his business.
