Extra hour of sleep is lost on me

I don't sleep very well.

So this morning, because of the time change, I woke up at 4:00 instead of 5:00!  LOL.

I wish I could be one of those people who could "sleep in".  I used to be but, with age, that went away.

So, after lying in bed and playing Words with Friends on my phone and watching a little QVC with no sound because my husband is still sleeping,  here I am in our office, wide awake, up and ready for the day at 6:06 AM while the rest of the world sleeps.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Lost on me too.

I don't sleep well all the time. Time change is hard on me.

I can only lay in bed so long before I get up and go on with my day.

I can take a nap later if I want.

Thanks for your post. You said what I was thinking.

I am an early riser to begin with.  I'm usually up by 5 AM,  which I enjoy because it gives me some quiet time to myself before everyone else wakes up.  However, waking up by 4 or 4:30 AM, is not something I enjoy.  That's too early, even for me.  Waking up that early with the time change only means that I'm going to be completely exhausted by 7:30 tonight.

@Fifi1- Go ahead and get the D&B bag.  I just ordered a Kipling bag from Amazon about 5 minutes ago.
