Ever have squeaky cheese?

A local place that makes cheese curd used to make big wheels of squeaky cheese. It made that sound when you bit into it!

I saw that name on an Indian buffet - they used it to refer to paneer cheese.

Is it similar to farmers cheese? Or bread cheese?
