@Witchy Woman @Yahooey @HerRoyaLioness @Marp ...
Didn't you all get the lobsters that I arranged to have shipped directly to you all from the gorgeous Maine coastline...fresh right out of the lobster boat?...I had two sent to you @Yahooey knowing how much you love them!
I was just over to Grandpaw Mason's Facebook page and saw something mentioned about a "quality of life scale"...exactly what is this?...It sounds very interesting.
I was also wondering how Titan was doing and saw an update on him...It was mentioned that he is an old friend of Grandpaw Mason's...He is being treated at the Vet Hospital and is in ICU getting transfusions for anemia as well as receiving snuggler visits every day...The Drs. feel that he has a pretty good chance of pulling through...He is proving to be an old tough guy just like Grandpaw Mason.
Call me confused with all of the newly added kittens at TK within the past week!
@Witchy Woman @Marp ...I saw your exchange with each other about the "Altitude/Attitude" thread so, of course, I had to search it out...lol
Wow @Witchy Woman, your poor husband...I'm sure he is quite relieved to be back home now in his normal environment and I hope that he is feeling back to his normal self also...You had some good responses from posters who are quite familiar with "altitude sickness", so I'm sure that was a big help to you...We all can definitely relate to "attitude sickness" which can afflict at any time anywhere without warning!

@MyShadowLove, the Quality of Life Scale is a way to help determine if it is time to let a pet (can also be applied to people) go.
This is a simple listing: https://www.veterinarypracticenews.com/quality-of-life-scale/

@Marp ...Thanks so much for the links...Yes, I'm very familiar with the signs to be aware of...I just never heard of them referred to as the "Quality Of Life Scale" before and this term has been around for quite a while...maybe it's my memory!...I better give it a quality test!
@Yahooey ...What a precious and touching tribute to Grandpaw Mason by Fuzzy Bums...It warmed my heart!

Kimsies is a beautiful lady - inside and out
I do hope that her health is ok- she has chronic something or was it curable
I forget as usual
her hearti is also fragile - compassion fatigue? - Stashie spent his sunset months with her

@Yahooey...Yes, she sure is!...On her Facebook page, she had shared that she was diagnosed with a form of arthritis and is under the care of a specialist...She mentioned that she has had various symptoms since a little girl and it took this long to finally receive a diagnosis so she is feeling relieved about that.
Stashie was another huge love of mine and I would check in on him from time to time...such a wonderful beautiful loving life that he had with Kimsies.
What do you mean by her heart is so fragile?...I recall, when Shelly spoke at the Cat Conference in California this past Summer, that she did mention about "compassion fatigue" being very common among those involved in rescue work and she emphasized the importance of caring for oneself and the support from others also.
eta:...I changed my question so it won't sound as alarming, hopefully!

no no no - don't want to spread alarm regarding Kimsies heart
I meant - her heart is hurting with the passing of Stachie

@Yahooey ..Oh no, definitely not!..I didn't intend that at all..I just misunderstood your statement and just asked for clarification...so sorry.
